The tax consultancy and trust company Dr. Mlejnek was founded by Dr. Hugo F. Mlejnek sen. with the aim of providing tax consulting services to small- and medium-sized businesses in Austria.

In 1973 a second office was established in 3170 Hainfeld, Lower Austria, where the company is still located.

Dr. Hugo M. Mlejnek  took over the company after his father died early in 1980 and expanded the service by international tax advice and asset management activities.

In 2006 Mlejnek Treuhand was established as third company in Switzerland.

Mag. Dr. Hugo M. MLEJNEK
born in 1954
He graduated from the University of Vienna, Faculty of Law, and he successfully completed the tax consultant exam in 1981. He is the head of the company.
